If you need help when we are closed
If the surgery is closed, a recorded message will tell you to call the NHS 111 Service in non-emergency situations. 111 will help you to get the right advice or treatment needed, be that physical or mental health.
You can call or go online using the link 111.nhs.uk when you need help that is not a 999 emergency.
Calls to NHS 111 are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
Physical accessibility
Each of our surgeries is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. Disabled parkingspaces are available outside each surgery.
Please be considerate by not parking over our neighbours driveways.
There is a lift available at OAKLANE MEDICAL CENTRE to access the first floor.
How to make a complaint
We hope that you do not need to complain but if you have a problem you can use our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and give us an opportunity to improve our practice. Please address your complaint directly to the Practice Manager via our email: swlicb.woodlawnandoaklane@nhs.net.
This however does not affect your right to approach NHS England, if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation.
